17.76 Mile Challenge

17.76 miles. 1 month. 1 mission: Celebrate America's 250th and honor those who defend our freedom.

Throughout the month of July, participants will complete 17.76 miles to celebrate America's 250th birthday and honor the veterans who protect our freedom.

You can ruck, run, walk, or bike, your choice. Carry a flag and wear red, white, or blue. Complete your miles on your own schedule throughout the month.

You can complete the challenge on your own or with a group, but every participant must register individually to qualify for the patch.

How It Works

• Register & Donate, Sign up with a $17.76 donation.
• Complete 17.76 Miles: Ruck, run, walk, or bike your miles anytime in July;
  • All at once on July 4th, spread the miles across the month at your own time and pace; OR
  • Join us at one of our scheduled meet ups (see below)
• Carry the Flag, Solo or shared within your group.
• Wear Red, White, or Blue, Show your American pride while you move.
• Capture Proof, Snap photos/videos of your miles and flag.
• Share the Story, Post on social media using #OperationPatriotPacks, tag Operation Patriot Packs, and tell your followers you're joining Operation Patriot Packs by completing 17.76 miles in July to celebrate America's 250th anniversary and honor our veterans who defend our freedom.

July 4th Group Event – Sugar Land Memorial Park

On Independence Day, July 4, a group will gather at Sugar Land Memorial Park at 3:30 AM to step off the X together. The route includes a loop around:

• The Remembrance Tower
• The Veterans Memorial Eagle
• The Gold Star Families Memorial Monument

July 25th Group Event – Phoenix Rising

On July 25, a group will step off the X at Phoenix Rising, the F3 AO at Missouri City's Community Park, located at 1700 Glenn Lakes Ln, Missouri City, TX 77459, at 5:30 AM to complete miles together.

Earn the Patch

The first 76 participants who register, donate, and complete the challenge will receive an exclusive event patch. Patches will ship after the event concludes.
